As well as the electronic resources you have access to a range of IT services and software as a Plymouth University student.
IT Account
As a University of Plymouth student you are provided with:
- an university email account
- OneDrive to store and share documents
- Office online apps Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
- Online video based training from Lynda.com
- Free and discounted software
All University correspondence will be sent to your Plymouth University student email so if you wish to use a personal or your college email then you will need to set up a forwarding service.
LinkedIn Learning
Through the University you have access to LinkedIn Learning, previously known as Lynda.com, which provides a range of video based training resources. Many of these are skills based such as Using Excel, Management, Marketing and video and music editing. These can help you gain transferable skills to increase your employment prospects.
