A Support Guide for Academic Staff

Adding tags to items on your lists

You can add tags to individual items on your list to indicate a particular message or status. Multiple tags can be added if you wish. The list of tags available may change or grow with our requirements:-

Moving and managing items on your list

You can move and reorder items on your list very easily, by hovering your mouse to the right of an item until the blue bar appears.

Use this to drag and drop an item anywhere you wish:-

Alternatively, if you have a long list that makes this more difficult, you can use the Add to Clipboard function:-

  • Click the three dots to the right of your selected item and choose Add to clipboard.

  • The item will show in the panel on the right - move your mouse to where you wish the item to go, and either Move or Copy it there. Hint: if you are moving between multiple sections you may find it helpful to use the toggle function on the symbol menu.

Add a Note to an item on your list

  • Open up the item to which you wish to add a Note by clicking on it.
  • Choose the Add public note option as shown below:-

  • Type in the information you wish the students to see and click Save, as shown below:-

  • You will then be able to see the Note on the item:-

Deleting an item from your list

  • Simply click the three dots to the right of the item you wish to delete, and click Delete item. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to delete the item:-
