Standards are codes of best practice containing technical specifications and guidelines. They are used to ensure uniformity and consistency, reliability and safety, and provide a quality benchmark.
We have full text access to all construction related standards and regulations including Eurocodes, via the CIS [ Construction Information Service]

The CIS is a key resource for construction related material - as well as standards you will find the full text of the latest research at Building Research Establishment and much more.
If the standard you need isn't appearing in the CIS please emailinformationspecialists@plymouth.ac.uk giving the full standard number and title. We will endeavour to make it available via British Standards Online.

We have access to RICs isurv -

Books on Standards
