This session introduces the Open Access publishing landscape and how funder directives are affecting global scholarly communication practice. We will look at Open Access publishing options available to authors at Plymouth including additional tools and evaluative criteria for identifing potential publication venues and avoiding predatory publishers. Please note this is not a session on 'how' to get published (see the RDP DLE site for 'getting published' session recordings). (For PGRs)
This session runs regularly as part of the Doctoral College's Researcher Development Programme and additional sessions are also scheduled for research and academic staff.
