Reading Lists Support for Staff

Publishing your list

If your list is still in "Draft" status (it will show this at the top of the list) and you are now ready for students to be able to view it, you will see this banner at the top of the list. Simply click My list is ready when you are ready to publish.

You will then see a pop-up window. Simply tick the Publish the list to students box, then click Send as in the screenshot below.

If you need to place your list back into Draft mode at any time, you can do so very easily by simply clicking the three dots at the top of your list and selecting Unpublish list, as shown below:-

You will also need to ensure that the List is associated with the correct module to make it visible on the module page, if you chose to skip that step when creating the list initially. Instructions for this can be found here.

You can also view your list as a student to see what they will see, by clicking View list as a student on the banner.
