Navigating the Homepage

On the Primo homepage, you can see the menu box. This may appear differently depending on what device you are using. Here is a breakdown of the menu items and what they do:

Library Account Your Library account is located on the main Primo site, where you can check items you have borrowed, reservations any charges you may have incurred.
Databases This takes you to a list of databases the library subscribes to. They contain more subject specific articles and may be a better way to find more relevant items.
eJournals This is a list of online journals the library subscribes to. Again, you may find more specific items in this section
Library Subject Guides For each course, there is a library subject guide created by your subject Information Specialist. These pages give tailored advice on research methods, navigating the library and information literacy specific to your subject. You can get in touch with your Information Specialist from there.
Inter Library Loans This takes you to the Inter Library Loans request form, if you require an item that Primo does not have access to. You may be asked to log in before you access the form, in which case, use your usual University login.
eBooks Use Primo to search for our eBooks - type your keyword or title into the search box.
