Services Levels

The following service levels apply to the Charles Seale-Hayne Library

Full service

During full service hours, you have access to the full range of Library and Learning Services support.

Term time and Vacation

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Extended hours service

Service points are staffed by a small team who can help with many enquiries. Your enquiry may be logged for action during full service hours.

Term time

  • Monday to Friday 17:00 – midnight

Term time and Vacation

  • Saturday and Sunday 09:30 – 18:00
