If you have forgotten your password but you have set up Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)

• Go to the portal – sign in with your email address and click ‘Forgot my password’:

• Enter your email address and complete the captcha

• Choose your first verification method and follow the instructions:

• Choose a second verification method and complete the process:

• Enter a new password

• You have successfully reset your password:

• If you have forgotten your password and have not yet set up Self Service Password Reset (SSPR), you can reset it by calling us on 01752 588588.
• Once your password has been reset you will need to wait at least 15 minutes before signing in.
• Do not change your password for 24hours after it has been reset.
