Saving your work

Icon

Description automatically generatedAs a University of Plymouth student, you have access to OneDrive with 1TB of personal storage.

This is where you must save your files when using a University computer.  We do not recommend use of USB sticks as they can get corrupted or lost. You must not save work to the University PC as they get wiped regularly.  We strongly recommend you save your files here when working on your own devices as we are unable to assist with lost work saved elsewhere.

The main benefits to OneDrive are that you can access your files via your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone from anywhere with an internet connection, you can collaborate on work and share files with others, and your files are safely stored.

Accessing Your OneDrive

Log in through the portal or app and click on the OneDrive tile on your dashboard.
